I'm not the biggest fan of musicals. The plots are usually just a framework to show off dance and musical numbers. There is nothing wrong with that structure. It's just not my particular taste. That being said its impossible to not be swept up by the magical sequences of Singin’ in the Rain.
Probably the film that best resembles something close to high school now and a little like the one l I graduated from. In all the archetypal and cringey ways modern high school is now. Especially how the students poke fun at each other rather than straight up bullying for being different and typecast. I like that Arc. Instead, maybe get to know someone and see how similar they are to you. You could possibly get along with each other. It's simple but I like it.
