Garrett Everett’s review published on Letterboxd :
It's a good movie. had terrific acting, perfect sound. This movie is simply "Not my kind of movie". It's a Singing feast; which I didn't really hate, Anne Hathaway's voice was Tremendous and I can't stress that enough; I disliked that every word out of someone's mouth was a song. Now I do understand this was a musical and I totally respect that. Aside from that, The darker-skinned girl who was in love with Eddie redmayne was uneeded, The editing is a bit choppy and the camerawork could have been better like during the entire beginning of the Revolution. Other than that, The Performances were outstanding especially Anne Hathaway. I will not watch this film again though, It is just not my thing.
