“Hey Mom.....Did you feel emotional the first time you drove in Sacramento?”
Lady Bird was a movie I tried to hard to see in theaters for a long time. After Darkest headass came to my theater, it went away and I was hella pissed. But I will say, Lady Bird is a terrific and creative movie capturing the moments of adolescence to adulthood. I love the script and the comedy worked so well. There were times that I felt connected and related to many things in this movie, mainly the whole “parent relationship”. Definitely a role I’ll remember Saoirse Ronan for. Bravo Greta Gerwig bravo!
This movie has so many “I don’t know why I’m crying in the club right now” moments.
