As an Italian I’ve been pressured from a young age by people who don't know anything about cinema to watch Italian features, resulting only in my naive, stubborn rejection of movie from my country. As I said, I was very naive. Now I find myself in total ignorance of Italian cinema, so this list serves as a prompt for me to get to watch stuff out of my “comfort zone”, I hope to watch one of them per week, more if I feel in the mood. Feel free to recommend me any classic Italian movie I should watch, recs are always welcomed.
