Hot damn Tarantino loves blood!
First of all let me admit that I am not a fan of westerns. Even so that Westworld failed to impress me. Django Unchained is a simple story with not so many complications. But the characters of Christopher Waltz and Sam Jackson stood out from the crowd. These two characters were absolute contradictions to who they were. Dr. Shultz, a German who is a sympathizer of the slaves and an advocate of emancipation while Stephen ever so loyal to his white master. Even DiCaprio's performance is a commendable one who plays a gullible character. Foxx's character must have been the weakest of the lot but he sure was quickest gun in all of south. Had fun watching the film and thoroughly enjoyed the last sequence.
