    It's no Ben-Hur, but it's still good. Does act as a nice companion-piece to it, acting as a sort of sequel in terms of what happened with Rome and Christianity after the events of Ben-Hur. The main romance plot was just so-so, and it's more slow-moving compared to Ben-Hur. But it does do a great job at showcasing not just the corruption of power, but how those who have lived in high positions of power for most of their lives…

    I didn't expect this to be as good as the first film. And it isn't, so expectations met. But it's not as bad as I thought it would be either.     My God, it's full of stars. Stars that can stretch, bend, and twist in awe inspiring ways to the beat of awesome orchestral music. What a trip this movie was.
