Probably the only Wes Anderson film I didn't connect with in any meaningful way (emotionally or intellectually), at least on a first watch.

Avatar: The Way of Water 2022
Truly a visual spectacle and the world-building is super cool. But there's no story here and the characters have been replaced with archetypes. Still better than expected, but a wasted opportunity to explore other ways of living, other social, cultural and political structures.
