Scorcese has delivered what is possibly one of the best late-career movies ever directed. An absolute triumph that brings together all the best parts of his previous mob movies while adding an emotional weight that I've never seen done before in a movie of its style. This is possibly the best film of the year and one of the best films Scorcese has made since Goodfellas.
