Borat Subsequent Moviefilm

Borat Subsequent Moviefilm ★★½

As a Bulgarian, it was quite bizarre to listen to Tutar's "Kazakh" (which is Bulgarian) and Borat's "Kazakh" (which is Hebrew) being portrayed as the same language. I was distracted all the time. But the unvarnished, brutal 'things-you-cannot-joke-about' graphicness of the family's adventure did, in fact, make me split my sides on many occasions, even though any sensible logic is abandoned (Tutar never left her farmhouse life before going to the States; however, she knows how to use an Uber or how to deceive people she's a pro reporter) when the film goes extremely political.
