“What’s happened, happened. Which is an expression of faith in the mechanics of the world. It’s not an excuse to do nothing.”

“For me, I think this is the end of a beautiful friendship.”
Alright here’s my review non inverted lol. Sorry I just had too:
I was wrong about Tenet. When I saw this in theaters, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had in my life because I love Christopher Nolan. But holy shit does this movie improve upon rewatch. The score and the cinematography are incredible. Both these elements were definitely robbed of Oscar nominations. The characters and the dialogue, while I still feel are lacking a little bit, are significantly better than I thought they were. There’s a few things that still had me scratching my head and I still kinda hate the villain character, Sator. But after multiple rewatches, I don’t think the film is bad anymore.
And the biggest thing that I absolutely adored about this film is the recontextualization for Neil and The Protagonist that comes at the end. And Neil’s monologue really solidifies the film’s emotional core and really brings home the themes that Nolan was going for.
I just love the grandiose and epic nature that this film brings. It is just booming with style and creativity. I don’t think I’ve ever been so wrong about a film before. This is by far Nolan’s most bold, creative, and stylistic film to date. It genuinely is a crime that Cuties has a higher score on Rotten Tomatoes than this film does, but Rotten Tomatoes has never been a credible source anyways so.
Thank you so much Thought Theater for making this video and convincing me to rewatch Tenet: https://youtu.be/3h9OLCMn_2s
