Alec Greer’s review published on Letterboxd:
I genuinely don’t get the snobby discourse this film has gained in some areas.
It’s such a joyful burst of personality and energy that not many animated films have. Who cares if the boy has a somewhat distracting voice? He’s a fun character regardless.
I can see the upcoming awards season for the recent animated films not being very pleasant since this movie has gained some traction of mid and nobody likes it when Disney wins, so welp.
