I feel as though I just had a glimpse into the realm of pure cinematic mastery: a place where all the stars align through the culmination of an auteur's passion, motivation, preparation, and raw, inborn talent. This film, as cliché as it may sound, was a spiritual experience. An experience that transcends words or meaning, lying on the fringes of reality and dreams, the concrete and the oneiric, fact and fiction. I couldn't vocalize what this film was trying to…
Quite literally the epitome of experimental cinema. Step aside Brakhage, Mekas, Deren, Bunuel (the list goes on). Who can match such creative ingenuity? How is this even humanly possible? Finally, a piece of art for the ages: one that will surely alter the cinematic landscape in a way that hasn't been seen since the Lumiere brothers' pioneering work of the medium.
This changed my life.
