    Captain America: The Winter Soldier

Potentially the best Marvel super hero movie where the main character has no super powers. After the Avengers and the first Iron Man movie this has to be third in the new Marvel wave of movies. How they have managed to take boring captain America with his boring shield as a weapon from the comics to the big screen is a great triumphant.

    X-Men: Days of Future Past

On a scale of 2014 better than the Amazing Spiderman 2 but no as good as Captain America the winter soldier.

The opening scenes with the sentinels is amazing. You never see it coming with the whole dismantling of the lesser main stream x men. Trying to tie together the first two movies is quite clever (im hoping and assuming they have wiped the third movie of its existence and to have it never referred to again) with Wolverines past…

    Kick-Ass 2

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Personally a big let down. I found it less action and didnt build on the original. As for Jim Carey he is hardly in it but i understand his marketability. kick ass 2 sucked ass.

Can definitely tell DC are continuing where the batman series left off. Darker and more aimed at adults rather than the marvel universe movies.
Personally enjoyed it more than I thought. Shows the side to superman that we have seen in smallville rather than previous films as he struggles to come to terms with his powers. Would have enjoyed a kneel before Zoe quote but I understand like leaving out the signature music that this film wants to be original and set its own direction for the upcoming sequal.

I'll stick with DVD and blu ray thanks. Back story un needed. Only enjoyed the first video. Nice idea but didn't work. Snooze fest. Why is it so hard to find a decent horror movie now a days.

Simply amazing. Was gripped from the start but loses half a star for the last 10 minutes confusing the hell out of me and trying to be too clever a finish.

Kinda like Jack and Sarah, this father daughter movie is touching and reunites Affleck and Tyler. Kevin Smiths great dialogue and story is moving and enjoyable.

Great soundtrack, great laughs and a great story. When Sandler films were great. Has so many quotable moments.
