    The Northman

A masterpiece! From the first 5 minutes I knew this would be an Epic. Robert Eggers is one of if not my favorite director working today. The Witch and The Lighthouse are two of my favorite movies ever and I'm happy to say that The Northman is continuing the perfect strike that this director is making. This movie is a brutal, visceral and intense revenge story with great acting and a savage soundtrack. Personally, the cinematography was perfect and some…

An awesome experience. I laughed, nearly cried, and felt alot of other emotions in a movie that I thought would just be a comedy. Ke Huy Quan was the highlight, what a fantastic actor! For a 2h15 movie, it flew by. The visuals were amazing, creative and I was really invested in the plot. I loved the themes and they were greatly handled. The fights choreography were good and it was nice to see Michelle Yeoh in a familiar element.…

Awful pile of crap that did not deserve the talent from John Carpenter. Seriously, the soundtrack was the only good point about this movie, but every other aspect were so poor executed. The special effects were so bad, it feels like this movie already poorly aged. Sometimes, the acting was laughable and the plot had to much cliché elements, that I was honestly cringing the whole time. I never saw the original, but I'm not even interested since it was so boring.

Well...This movie could have stayed a lost media forever. Still, it's nice and surprising to see that after more than 10 years, this film is finally available to stream. Quantum Quest was very bad in every aspect, but with a great story behind how it was made. I recommend this video from All Things Lost to learn about this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=29QiKomxl20

Well this was a pleasant surprise! I really love the elements of horror thanks to the great director Sam Raimi. The comedy aspect is well balanced and more grounded, and it felt more of a mature superhero movie. As always, Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen were perfect in their roles, and even the side characters shined. The scenario felt a bit basic, but the visuals were sometimes amazing. I didn't expect anything, but this director never disappoints.

Pretty neat little indie movie! It's weird and well acted, but some scenes dragged for too long. The overall plot is good and it's one of the rare movies to know about the concept of the online world without being cringy. Not the greatest film for a re-watch, but it was still a cool experience.
