Dazed and Confused can easily become one of my all time favorite. What a perfect movie in every way. I really love those kind of films that paint a mosaic of many characters that we follow in different situations and are interconnected. Other great examples can be Nashville or Magnolia. I was in total awe the entire runtime, and I didn't want it to end, especially with this excellent soundtrack that fitted perfectly. Richard Linklater is a master at creating rich characters and discussion, everyone felt real. My favorite parts were the car sequences, they really put a great vibe. The pacing was perfect and it was a movie under 2 hours that just flew by. The kind of film that made me feel nostalgic for a time that I wasn't even born.
