    What an incredibly original structure for a film.

    I’m so inspired by the way Jones is able to blend non fiction interviews that are arguably the most beautiful talking heads I’ve ever seen with short elaborate micro scenes that evoke so much emotion. The interviews themselves are also so powerful with personal anecdotes and intellectual reflections that distill entire systems of oppression.

    This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

    Again, the games aren’t funny. But I guess they are for Paul and Peter. 

    It’s a very interesting exercise in screenwriting. Paul and Peter have no motivation for doing what they do and the film is so aware of itself that it even gives these unmotivated characters the ability to break the 4th wall and literally rewind the film to get what they want.
