I was in the mood to watch this today, so I finally did. I’ve always heard that the final cut is way better than the theatrical, so I considered buying the blu-ray before I watched the theatrical... But I eventually decided just to watch the theatrical cut, and it was good not great?

I enjoyed Blade Runner thematically, I find the themes to be really interesting and I pretty much always enjoy philosophical films like this that asks important and interesting questions. But I didn’t really connect with any of the characters and I was genuinely quite uninterested in the story.

I might give it a rewatch sometime soon, but it’ll be the final cut.
