kinda stereotypical but i liked that it felt like a killer 7 cutscene because i have no historical reference point for film vocabulary to decipher what in fact this film is actually referencing with its stylistic decisions

On one hand we have the wonder for the every day, expressed through the kids' POV of the home, of the woods in the back of the home.
