I knew I would love this but I had no idea how much I would love this. This is incredible. Truly a completely original, experimental work of art. Just insane, pure magic!!
Brady Corbet has really proven himself as a great director. He was so in control of his vision and you could tell. Gorgeous cinematography and a powerful, electric atmosphere which is heightened even more by a wild, incredible score. The music itself is something I had already listened to but seeing it within the scenes made it so much better. The finale is one of the most incredible things I've even seen. I'm so sad I'll never get the chance to see this in a theatre. This is easily one of the best films of 2018.
Natalie Portman was snubbed twice in one year with this and Annihilation. I guess the Academy just hates talented women huh? (*coughs in Toni Collette, Viola Davis and Nicole Kidman*).
At this point, there is literally nothing this woman cannot do and I'm still in awe of her talent. Wow. Wow. Wow.
I just want the entire finale and the hologram video injected into my veins!!!
