if someone were to ask me what this movie's about, I wouldn't even know where to start. it's more than just a multiverse, its about a chinese immigrant family, a struggling marriage, a distant mother-daughter relationship, and most importantly, its about a bagel.
at first this movie felt bizarre to me, but in the end I had fun, even teared up a bit.

ps: I find it funny that in some universe Evelyn is in a relationship with Deirdre, while in another one she disagrees with her daughter's gay relationship....is this how asian mothers are???
