Starts a little slow/generic but they take it in such a cool direction and it's just so much fun! Some goddamn amazing CGI scenes too.
Oh yeah and the post-credits scenes are back, loved the cameo.
John Lasseter is listed as an executive producer, but it really shows that he actually left the project in 2017. Wish my boy Lee Unkrich was involved too, but the movie probably didn't need a 9th addition to the 'story by' credits (and for me, having 8 writers was definitely noticeable).
No spoilers, but while the ending partially shocked me, the choice a main character really does make sense.
I laughed, I cried, I had a really good time. Love ya always Woody.
PS. Gabby Gabby can get stuffed
Great performances from Weisz and Colman, yet Stone is average. Wide-angle lens usage in some shots, as well as long tracking shots make you feel like you one of the Queen's servants, watching the story unfold up close, but yet from afar. Some comedic moments. Strange and confusing ending was lost on me.
