Paul Smith’s review published on Letterboxd :
As near a perfect ending to this beloved-but-flawed franchise as I could ever have hoped for. My BatNolan enthusiasm had waned in the years since THE DARK KNIGHT, to the point where I was not particularly looking forward the this third entry on my better days, and outright dreading it on my bitter days. The the line and preshow madness for the midnight IMAX screening I attended was so chaotic and stressful I came very close to just walking away. I'm so glad that I didn't, because once the film started the crowd was perfect, respectful and rowdy at all the appropriate turns. And the film itself was just shy of absolutely brilliant.
