  While it may be lacking in execution, Spellbound is full of Hitchcock’s tricks. And that love sequence in the beginning where Gregory Peck says “sometimes it can happen in a moment”… yeah I was shaking.

  G Minus One excels in all the ways its original does. It focuses just enough on human stories and is fully aware of Godzilla’s allegorical implications. It may be predictable, but it’s not any less effective.

  Much much better than the last one, thankfully. While it has some eye roll moments, it’s expected at this point. Once the tension builds here it pretty much remains through the end. 

  So basically it’s below scream 1 and scream 4 for me, but maybe above scream 2??
