I don't expect this to be a happy farewell, but let's make it a tender one at least.
Watched on Criterion.
The combination of Alfonso Cuarón and Emmanuel Lubezki is perfection in this.
This film is captivating and beautiful looking. Maribel Verdú's performance in this was great. There's fetus Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal. Their characters are annoying and obnoxious but it felt very authentic. I liked the inner exploration of it all.
I've seen most of Cuaron's feature length films, and I would like to say that this is my second favorite of his.
Also, there's so many great quotes in this film.
