Tim Logue’s review published on Letterboxd:
Wow, I really enjoyed that. Cool special effects, good humor, and some poignant moments cap off a great modern Ghostbusters movie
Things change and advances as the years go by. I certainly do not want to watch an exact carbon copy of the first two movies with new characters and therefore I thought the changes to the plot and the new cast of characters did a pretty dang good job. Especially Paul Rudd. That dude is stellar in everything he does. Both kids and Carrie Coon did quite well also. Finn didn’t get much to do in the movie but made the most out of what he had.
Those last ten minutes hit me like a truck. The feels and emotion in the original cast are simply incredible. I couldn’t have loved seeing them anymore. The ending was beautiful and a true tribute to Harold and something I honestly think he’d be damn proud of.
