First movie of 2018 and I was not let down.
This felt like watching life. Real humans, real stories and real situations. Thank you.
The Florida Project was full of life and color. Shows the beauty of childhood and the innocence of being a kid. The kids were living with bad surroundings and with bad conditions but they still made the best of it. Joyful, sad and also very mesmerizing. Such beautiful settings and cinematography too in The Florida Project. Willem Dafoe was so good (I got chills in the scene when he was shouting) and the kids were outstanding. Showed really well how it is to live on the margins of life and the whole system and ideals of it.
