I shouldn't have so many questions about a movie that constantly explains itself.

This film has no subtext and is dumber than a brick while also being shot like a B grade TV show.

The action was terrible, the music had no character and the dialog made me want to curl into a ball.

While I was watching this I wished I was watching anything else.

One star for the poor actors who tried their best to save this dogshit script...

This was dumb, badly acted and way too long, also nanjiani is Pakistani...

It is kind of funny how it can be enterpreted as pro choice yet anti climate change.

I like it, it's a good movie even with its obvious faults, it could be improved greatly by a re-edit for length and a more focused score.

  • Hellraiser

I love it when you watch a movie and a scene happens that makes you understand why a movie is iconic, the hospital scene is one of those.

Overall it's not an especially scary, but still the film never fails to amuse with its fast pace and innovative set design.

As for the schlock it's never too gratuitous and since it's practical affects it always gives an authentic feel. I can't imagine this film working as well with CG.

An honourable mention must be given for Ashley Laurence's performance it really made the film.

    Hellraiser is deservingly a classic.

Not every film gives you the feeling of wonder you only get from watching something so unique to cinema it can't possibly be recreated in any other medium.

Fun movie, I liked it. A bit convoluted but that's kind of the point. Needs probably several viewings to get the full experience which I endorse.

The film is kind of emotionally distant but that's just a Nolan thing, he really didn't give much time for the drama scenes to set in (or maybe his cinematographer just doesn't like soft closeups I don't know), on the other hand the character acting was a delight, pattinson especially (Washington was a bit…

I saw the directors cut, gave it +half a star.
While not a great movie like 'das boot', it's still greatly improved on the theatrical version.
