    I suppose you don’t have to be a skater to critic a film that pays tribute to skate culture in the 90s and the street culture of LA. I suppose you can dislike a director’s debut film because it’s chic to throw shade at a newcomer. I suppose you can hate the use of drugs and alcohol in this film even if it’s an honest portrayal of a real problem in today’s society. I suppose you’re entitled to being completely wrong.

    Some serious Yorgos Lanthimos feels. The contrast of Cooke and Taylor-Joy is phenomenal. The score has to be the biggest distinguishing factor for me. Very well done.
