First of, I'm convinced that A LOT of people are deeper into these types of films than I am, and films like these can be hard to define.

However, I know that it can be hard for people to know where to start with experimental cinema, so I thought that a list like this might help those people out.

I'll include some films I consider to be essential, some I consider to be underrated, and a bunch of personal favorites.
