He/Him. My brain is still in recovery mode from taking in so many high-level important movies.
Given the stilted nature of some of the dialogue, I wasn't expecting more than a quota quickie from Coppola and Corman. I was wrong. This is one of the most well-directed and shocking horror films that I've ever scene. It's really terrifying, and it handles its characters much better than I expected. The only real complaint I have is that there a couple bad Oirish accents, but the fantastic directing makes this easy to forgive.
