Brian K. Pittman’s review published on Letterboxd:
There's just no pleasing some people when it comes to giant monsters, but me? I can most assuredly be pleased. All you need to do is deliver a truly memorable experience with solid acting, well-written human characters that have believable arcs that do not end up being boring muddled messes, and you need action of the kaiju variety. This film delivered to me all of that and I could not be happier with it unless Jet Jaguar suddenly appeared to high five Godzilla before elbow dropping one of Ghidorah's heads. I got exactly what I paid for, what I wished for, and I am very excited to see where the Monsterverse goes next with Godzilla vs. Kong.
