    "You made yourself court jester."

I apologize in advance for how long this is.

I haven't watched a new movie in over a week. For months, I consistently watched one or two movies a day. Even if I was busy with work or school, I found the time because I love cinema. Avoid this movie. There are historical inaccuracies all the way through. It's well made but this apparently is loosely based on The Accidental Billionaires which the bits Fincher and Sorkin took are widely DEBUNKED. I know that I have a lot of other Cannes reviews to catch up on, but I feel as though I need to prioritize this one the most, since many of you all may have been anticipating this film as much as I have.

Hands down the best new film that I've seen at Cannes on my trip easily, and…

"The bike's part of the family."

Derek Cianfrance is one of the best we have. Why don't we talk more about him in terms of filmmakers that emerged in the 2010s?
