A truly lovely little movie. Jumps out of its rhythm a time or two too many to make sure we get the point, but that would only be a problem if the rest of the film's ease weren't so beautiful. We don't need Laura to tell us about Patsy Cline, because her performance of "I've Been Working On The Railroad" says mountains by itself. Letting those moments tell the story would have been preferable, because the more Scriptwritery (repeated use of "fireball," funny as it is) moments don't work.
But like...beautiful, in just about every respect.
