I took a couple of days off to watch some kino, including this, A Brighter Summer Day, and Mommy. But I’m back now :)
This one skates around at a rapid pace without really stopping to take a breath, yet it feels so slow and true to life. It never feels like a film as much as a recount of someone’s life, except it’s being told with us by the main characters side. Really solid stuff.
