The first half of this movie feels like a trailer, a music video and an After Effects comercial and a rollercoaster and a car crash and— man, it was so bizarre, but never boring.
The second half finally starts feeling like something resembling a movie and it manages to end on a high note.

Only Baz could’ve done something like this, that’s for sure.
Austin is really spot on and I also really Olivia DeJonge’s performance as Priscila. The rest…

Se parece mucho al primer año en cualquier escuela de artes.

Pero hablando en serio, wow. Le hacía falta a mi vida esta película. Que preciosura de montaje.

Todd Haynes siempre ha sabido cómo está el pedo.

McQ was all over that screenplay and it shows so much. Tom and him were made for each other and I hope they never stop working together.

On another note, I hope this (finally) is Glen Powell’s big break. He has levity, presence and the talent and looks to carry anything.

I expected this to be a lot of things and BORING wasn’t one of them

I missed Channing Tatum on the big screen. He has so much charisma.

Been crying ever since I finished this. I wish this show would’ve gotten a third season. It really deserved it.

This movie does the best job it possibly can to bring some closure and it does it in that natural, simple, beautiful fashion the entire series had from the start. Andrew Haigh is a very talented director. It feels as if his camera just happens to stumble into the characters lives and –very delicately– accompany them for a little while.…

    Kinda lame, but really funny

  • Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

    Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

If you throw all logic aside, you can have a pretty good time. Not gonna lie, the first half actually slaps idc

But it’s a really really dumb movie and we all know a big reason why the OG Jurassic Park works is because it’s a very clever movie. When will they learn this??? The resolution to the climax in this film was pathetic to say the least.

Anyway, I’ll be seated for Dominion as soon as it’s out ✌🏽…

Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore

When you’re watching a movie, do you ever get the feeling that somehow it isn’t a movie? That what you’re seeing is something so round and carefully put together that –like the universe itself– seems to have no identifiable beginning? It just exists. It’s a great feeling…

This feels like the opposite of that.
