Again, like I've said about Carol, it's great to have relationships and sex scenes delivered with good taste, even though I'm a gay man and not a lesbian woman. The film is truly stunning, a film which I watch to watch in one go and recommend to family and friends. Yes, family!!! I love the plot, the stories featured and the characters. Well fucking done!

Film #6 of the "Scavenger Hunt 16" challenge
Task #19 A movie with a batman villain actor/actress. (Heath Ledger)

I really hope I don't end up sounding heteronormative here. I'm completely gay and I want to ensure anybody reading that I am analysing the emotions of everyone.

Because I do feel that, other than being a film about a gay relationship in a different era, this is actually the film where I feel sorry for everyone, for being in such…

Tried my best to avoid getting tempted in by Disney sequels, as that is the bulk of what Sky Cinema has, although I just wanted to see how this one goes. It’s definitely one of the worst. All the songs have chords and melodies culled from other Aladdin songs and even Beauty and the Beast. The animation is too lacklustre to have any good execution connected to it.

I have seen, all over a small section of Twitter, a lot of transphobia and TERFs denying their faults in delivering a horrid opinion invading trans people’s personal choices. Heck, I have seen found a tweet of Rian Johnson apologising, possibly meaningly, for liking a tweet by possibly the worst behaved TERF who sadly has on his CV, the No. 1 most loved Channel 4 comedy, Father Ted, Graham Linehan. Not good to know that Robert Webb sent out a…

Well, so many characters, so many arseholes. Delivered in good taste, a great form of storytelling (better than Shutter Island the previous night) and in some cases, sympathy, even though the coke-infused emotional connection proves to be false, replaced by moaning of being forced out of a life of crime and goes into divorce. Good, old yet mean caption endings.

A special shoutout to the technical side, especially the sound mixers. Never has a gangster film sound so entertaining and enchanting. And fantastic improv with the famous steadicam shot. Why on Earth did my college tutors not teach me that?

So, abigay has blocked me even though she said that no men, even if LGBT+, should have an opinion. (http://boxd.it/NSWM) So, I'll show my opinion where there's no sexism and no dismissing the same oppression both gay men and lesbian women have.

And it's been a while since I've first watched back in April, but I remember gorgeous portrayals by the lead actresses and I don't often sound like that I'm basing relationships on beauty when I never do. They're…
