Revisiting BROOKLYN on St. Patrick's Day reminds me of how I'm trying to handle being in a relationship. It shows how hard it can be if you're missing your family and trying to live your own life. No matter how much I rewatch this movie, it doesn't fail to give me a misty eye.

THE HALF OF IT is so cute and adorable. I love how it’s a new take on “cyrano de bergerac”, but with a lesbian lead. It’s clear that Ellie has insecurities about love which leads her to getting paid to write letters for her fellow classmates.
