I would normally give this a 7 outta 10 but with the Pierce Brosnan performance I had to gift it an extra half star. It's quite different from other DC films in that there is not a single scene in the movie without action. It's basically just superheroes beating up people for 2 straight hours. It really feels like a combination of Samaritan and Thor: Love and Thunder, which is probably not a recipe for success from most people, but I liked both. The acting and editing are quite awkward at times. I wouldn't turn down a rewatch tho.

Respect to Mr. Scorsese... but his favorite film has to get a negative rating from me. I love the color and the shots. Not my favorite musical biopic, but it's up there. I really, really love everything with Austin Butler's Elvis in this movie, but I'm quite annoyed at Tom Hanks' performance. The accent is just terrible, although I suppose it's meant to be grating to increase audience annoyance with the character. I bet Mr. Butler gets an Oscar nomination. Also loved how quickly paced it is for such a long film.

This movie is all over the place - insane, terrifying, shocking, and silly. It's got every layer of horror. There's the old school stereotypical horror, the waiting to watch the douche get his due horror, the ultraviolent gory horror, and the modern metahorror, all rolled into one. If I had seen this in theaters it could be in the running for my favorite film of the year. I do think you should see this completely out of context if at all possible. It's nuts.
