Satan's Slaves 2: Communion 2022
based off of enjoyment, i had a fun time watching this w my best friends! but storywise.. it's meh?? didn't really gave what the first movie was giving, and joko anwar hides it really sneaky because of the good scary sequences it had in this movie, like actual pure chaos. that elevator sequence.. he's nasty, maybe he should make a final destination movie /srs
other than that i truly loved the camera work, cinematography, and film editing in this movie it was very dope and also the sound editing and music scoring.. way too excellent

"this is only the beginning."
this film went off. Villeneuve did an amazing job for making a film that is pretty complicated for other directors to adapt for decades. even though i haven't read any of the books, i can see how frank herbet's dune is very influential for sci-fi/dystopian genre. Dune literally walked so that Star Wars could run.
