Saw X 2023
honestly if i were in any of those traps, i would just accept my fate and let it happen. i don't want to live that badly. one of the traps actually made me gag a bit, but i loved every second. i think it's safe to say this is my third favorite saw film. it did not disappoint.
also this is the first time i've seen a film in the theater with my dad since unfriended, so this will serve as a great memory. he hated it though.
update: my dad has now admitted that he didn't actually hate it, he just loves being a hater

It Lives Inside 2023
if you've seen the boogeyman (2023), you have seen this. it is practically the exact same film, just with more culture, and worse scares and effects. even the creature design was weirdly underwhelming. at first glance, it doesn't look too bad, and i see what they were going for, but it kind of reminded me of the creatures from feast, mixed with the boogeyman of course, and i mean that in the worst way possible. props to the actors because…
