A decent effort by David F. Sandberg. The film has got a really interesting premise that keeps you hooked to it. And though the film didn't feel like it completely achieved what it was shooting for, it still works. I always feel that for any film in this genre to truly have an affect on the audience, it needs talented actors. And Teresa Palmer and especially Maria Bello deliver really good performances. This is one of those movies one needs to go into without having a lot of expectations, and if you do you just might enjoy it for what it is.
