Colin Kennedy’s review published on Letterboxd:
Not as bad as I remembered but still not very good. I like Stevenson. He is that strong silent type with the physical presence to play Frank. Unfortunately that's all we get from him here. The films real down fall are the villains. Jigsaw and LBJ as just cartoons. They feel like Dick Tracy rejects. If they were played straight the film could have been enjoyable. I can't believe they cast Doug Hutchison. For one he's horrible. Two in what world could that guy stand up to The Punisher. The action is kinda amateurish. There are a couple of moments but not enough to save the film. If they had taken the film seriously it could have been something worth watching.
