Izzy’s review published on Letterboxd:
What a frustrating, heartbreaking, important movie. I don’t need to state the obvious, but I will anyway: this runs on the incredible, sensitive performances. I think there’s value in McCarthy’s directing, too: he treats the script with respect, with the sobriety it deserves. He doesn’t try to impress us with any technicalities, he’s here to tell a story as raw and honest as it is possible. And I think that’s all we can ask from him.
