pretty good, cool concept of death, kinda mad he lived in the end. doesn’t really make sense for him to live if the whole thing is that death comes and you have to accept it. idk. cool movie.

alright alright. this movie? fantastic. the plot the pacing the cast the setting. i love it. did i watch this movie because i saw the poster of it on a cute guys wall. sure. was i thinking about that by the time i was in the second act? A LITTLE BUT NOT A LOT I PROMISE. this movie is fantastic and makes me weirdly a little proud that my grandparents are from the midwest. anyways fantastic. also the guy who always says why the heck who is in shameless kind of looks like a guy in my improv troupe. anyways. girl okay

letterboxd.... it’s been a while. but i come back with vengeance. this movie. is spectacular. it borders the line of cheesy. it tip toes into the world of cliche. but it’s not. or maybe it is. but i don’t care. it’s beautiful. it’s weird. and it made me feel a lot of different things. a dustin hoffman cameo is never not wanted and will ferrell absolutely bodied this role. the character of amy at times felt a little manic pixie…

watched it summer before film school and was like ahhh i need to be pretentious. it was pretty good. not gonna lie. but also all of his early work was so similar that i get the plot mixed with that other one where the same actor and then the guy from taxi driver are friends. idk. ugh

mike did it again. this movie is so good and just really captures that late night exhaustion of just we should go to bed but everything is bad so we can’t. i love it.
