"Serve in Heaven or reign in Hell"
Ridley Scott made a gigantic in scope, real deal, scifi horror epic packed to the brim with weighty, ambitious themes and plenty of religious overtones.
I can't decide which is the greater miracle. That this movie was even allowed to be made with nearly a hundred million dollars, or that Scott of all people was the man to make the Xenomorph truly terrifying again. A God within his own story, returning to his creation to fill it with the life and horror it once had. It all feels too good to be true.
