Probably should be a 2.5 but it gets a half star bump for Jim Carrey's Mr. E. Nigma/Ridler and nostalgia.
This movie does not have a dull second. Not in it's action, tension or visuals. It's an exhausting film in the very best way. Arriving in the city building up to the temple sacrifice completely blew my mind how that was pulled off. Perfectly terrifying. An easy 5 out of 5 stars from me for this one. It's amazing to think this kind of stuff actually happened. This movie does not exist in a fictional fantasy world.
