Cary Grant might just be the best to ever do it. The wine cellar sequence is one of the best-directed suspense sequences ever put to film. 103 minutes of Hitchcock putting every other director to shame.
Was hoping to write a more in-depth review of this with my third viewing but I still don’t have the words to describe the way it affects me. Maybe I’ll just have to express these feelings through the making of my own movies just like The Berg did.
