I feel like I've now seen enough films from Fincher to somewhat understand his style. Of course, this film has one of the best twists in the history of cinema, and even someone like me who thinks twists are usually dumb was pretty taken aback from it.
Characters are perfect here. While watching this, I had a realization that Brad Pitt may have had the best 10 year run of any actor in Hollywood. From 1995 to 2005 I don't think he had a single miss. And Morgan Freeman of course is amazing here.
