  El Padrino + Succession

  Una farsa trágica, una película que te hará creer que es posible ser racista contra los italianos. Seguramente sea el mayor salto de opinión que he tenido; la primera vez, la encontré un poco aburrida, esta vez, la disfruté enormemente. Creo que tomándola menos en serio y aceptando sus imperfecciones ayudó. También ayuda tener un reparto de 10 como este, con todos actuando al *máximo*, pero de forma que por milagro funciona. Como suelo decir: no has visto realmente una peli hasta la segunda vez.

  Seriously though, this was an absolute blast. Go watch it now, no matter what you're doing. I have a strong feeling this is going to become a comfort movie for me. Rian Johnson is god.   Leaving the cinema after this ended and for the rest of the evening I found myself having the most incredible, cinematic high I've had in ages. I absolutely adored this one. I feel like I could've watched this endlessly for hours, I never wanted it to end. Love, love, love these characters and their world. Truly the perfect hangout film, my favorite kind.

  More thoughts to come on a second viewing, which I can assure will happen real soon.
