Always found Christine Molloy and Joe Lawlor's previous work at least inventive and cerebral, but this switch into lumpen, metaphor-heavy thriller isn't massively welcome. A lot of style on display though and it was intriguing. Not dislikeable, just nothing that will stick with me.

As dumb/shrill as the satire gets, the initial irritation faded and I got a lot of enjoyment out of Lawrence, Morgan and DiCaprio.

Oh this really hit the spot the second time around. I didn't nod off, and I didn't have a guy gesticulating towards the screen during the last moments.
I probably just see everything as a psychic detective story, but this was another example! Meditative and soporific in the best way. Up there with Apichatpong's best.

I love how this film subverts any sentiment that may come out of a story like this. There's no real melodrama here. It felt refreshing.
